Delivery Time:
When you place an order to a shipping address within the US or in Canada you can expect your items within 2 – 5 business days. International orders might take longer depending on the shipping options you choose.

Calculating Costs:
Shipping costs for orders from the IAL Store depend upon the method and option you choose. We ship everything through US Postal Service. Please also note that the shipping rates for nearly all items we sell are weight-based.

Our Returns Policy
You may return most items sold by the IAL Store within two weeks of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we are unable to exchange items (however, if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will work to rectify the situation).

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

• Any item that is returned more than two weeks after delivery.
• Any book that has obvious signs of use.
• Any CD, DVD, software, that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap or broken seal).
• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact IAL-Store@ialearn.org within 7 days of delivery. Please supply us with your order number. We will also need your e-mail address and phone number. We will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. We cover all shipping charges and replacement costs if any damage is at our fault.
