Welcome to IAL and IAAL!
We are the professional organization for Accelerative Learning practitioners. Accelerated Learning is also known as Accelerated Learning, Transformational Learning, Natural Learning and Suggestopedia. On one hand, the language we use to describe our field is important; on the other hand, what we call it is less important than what we mean and do with AL. We are dedicated to making learning a joyful, meaningful and effective process for all learners. We support a new paradigm in learning. This organization and this website are a place to find resources to support you in your life's work.
We are in the process of rebuilding and reinventing this organization to be the best possible resource for AL professionals. We are now the International Alliance for Accelerative Learning. As IAL and SALT before this, for the past 35 years we have promoted the development of an approach to teaching and training that pulls from many fields and methodologies to form an open system of practitioners doing cutting edge work in learning.
Whether you are a corporate trainer, a teacher, an adult educator or college professor, we will;

- Connect you with other practitioners and AL experts around the world;
- Help you find information, resources, and news;
- Learn about both academic and action research results that you can build on and share with others.
As a member, you can network easily with others, find the right tools for your needs, and get support from colleagues for your journey and vision.
