IAL Board Member Bob Beale

 

Bob Beale has worked as a consultant and trainer to small and mid-sized businesses for 25 years.  His firm, Beale International assists with strategic planning, organizational structuring, executive recruiting and staff training and development. He works in a wide in a wide variety of industries throughout the Untied States. A number of his clients have international operations.

Bob has served on a variety of corporate and non profit boards. In the corporate world he worked for IBM and Deloitte and Touche in sales, consulting and trainingHis education includes an engineering degree from West Point and an MBA from the University of Denver.  He has also taught at the University of Denver.

Bob has incorporated AL techniques in his training and consulting for a number of years which brought him to IAL. As a board member he is committed to helping stabelize IAL financially, administratively and organizationally. He currently serves as the finance committee chair.
