I.A.L. has chosen "Leading Through Learning" as the theme for the next conference. In our world today, the ability and willingness to learn is key to our continued success and perhaps even to our survival. We lead in the market or in the field of education by learning effectively, by creating learning programs that can transform our way of thinking, and by developing our ability to learn and act appropriately.

The ability of teachers to inspire, promote, and facilitate learning not only leads to more success in the world, but it also creates more wellbeing! The development of excellence in teaching and training is a matter that concerns policy makers, teachers, students and parents.
