2006 Conference
"Leading Through Learning"

I.A.L. has chosen "Leading Through Learning" as the theme for the next conference. In our world today, the ability and willingness to learn is key to our continued success and perhaps even to our survival. We lead in the market or in the field of education by learning effectively, by creating learning programs that can transform our way of thinking, and by developing our ability to learn and act appropriately.

The ability of teachers to inspire, promote, and facilitate learning not only leads to more success in the world, but it also creates more wellbeing! The development of excellence in teaching and training is a matter that concerns policy makers, teachers, students and parents.

The Accelerated Learning model offers a strategy and design for learning that transforms learning from a boring, tedious, and difficult endeavor into one in which each person easily succeeds, gladly transfers the learning to their work and lives, and continues learning long after the program is done or school is out for the day. AL inspires lifelong learning and introduces students of all ages to the joy and excitement of learning and personal development.

The IAL conference offers many resources, proven materials and techniques, rich dialogue, and thought-provoking learning sessions. Plan now to join us new January to renew your passion for learning, expand your ability to teach and train effectively, and further develop your ability to be the kind of teacher who makes a difference in children's lives, or the kind of trainer who impacts the success of your organization and the people in it each and every day.

Please join us in Alexandria, Virginia, at the Mark Hilton Hotel from January 15-17, 2006
