Facts about the IAL Conference 2009"Liftoff for Learning" |

Date: January 15– 18, 2009 Location: Omni Houston Hotel Westside, Houston, Texas Participants: Educators and corporate trainers from all over the world Space Rental: All standard exhibit spaces are $425 and are 10’ long and 8’ wide. The rental charge includes a table top booth (6’ x 36” covered and skirted table), two chairs, exhibitor registration for 1 person (including meals), and exhibitor badge. Phone and electrical connections are available at the exhibitor’s expense. Spaces are assigned by Conference staff on a first reservation basis. Set-Up/Take-Down: Exhibits may be set up any time after 12:00 noon on Thursday, January 15, 2009 , but no later than 4:00 p.m. Exhibits are officially open and should be staffed Thursday, January 15 through Sunday, January 18 during exhibit hours. They must be removed by 1:00 p.m. Sunday, January 18. Registration: Please register online. Respond early and no later than December 1, 2008 to be listed in the Conference Program. Registration will be accepted after that date if space is available, however, inclusion in the printed program and on signage will not be guaranteed. No cancellations will be accepted after December 15, 2008 . Exhibit Hours:
There will dedicated time for the exhibitions on Friday afternoon in an extended break from 3:30 to 4:30. Lodging: Lodging is at exhibitor expense and may be reserved by contacting the Omni Houston Hotel Westside. Please inform the hotel that you are an IAL Conference exhibitor to secure the conference rate. Advertisements: Advertising space in the Conference Program must be confirmed by December 1, 2008. For more information go to Ads. Exhibitor Participation: To ensure exposure to the greatest number of Conference participants, exhibitors will want to be present during all open exhibit hours.
